About us:
Christine Gilman, the owner of both Cobblestone Corners Wedding Florist and Blushing Bride, has been involved in the wedding industry for over a decade. She has a degree in psychology from Roberts Wesleyan College and earned her degree in Floriculture Merchandising from Alfred State College in 1993. She has also earned a diploma from the School of Bridal Consulting and has planned destination weddings as far away as New Orleans, Louisiana. She opened Blushing Bride in January as a natural extension of the wedding experience that she has accumulated over the past 13 years.
Charlean is our amazing seamstress. She has been with the company since we opened and has over 25 years experience in the industry. She is able to alter gowns purchased at Blushing Bride or elsewhere and also business suits and other attire. She can also custom create sleeves or other elements of your gown for a unique look.
Ashley Skwirz has been with Blushing Bride for almost two years and works with customers directly as a bridal consultant. She has an excellent eye for accessorizing and helps you to pick out the gown that is right for your figure and personality. She is a student at SUNY Brockport majoring in French, planning to graduate in 2009.
Renee Miller has joined our team as a bridal consultant and so much more! She has an absolute knack for helping you find the gown perfect for the tone and feel of your event and is experienced with helping you choose specific gown elements that will enhance your figure's natural beauty. We love Renee and we know you will too.
Hannah Garske is such a lovely young lady. She is a student at MCC and works with us part time as a receptionist, data processor and consultant. She was Brockport High School's 2008 Prom Queen and guess what? She loves PROM!!! She spends extra time with you to help you find your favorite dress and all the accessories that will make you a knock out at your event.
